Hi there
I am trying to use a probe sensor in order to set the tool height in my Tool bank, how this can be done?
Do I have to run this macro right after my m6 Macro?
Also how can I update my Tool Bank, after any reading of the tool height?
Finally any advice on the macro codes is really appreciated

Hi there

The controller has a Canadian made Warp9 ESS embedded in it, But this is what I have, at the moment, could you please guide me on proper Port and Pin settings
in mach3, greatly appreciated.

Hi there

I am trying to install my 3 phase Spindle using a Delta 7.5 KW Inverter.
At the moment I can connect to output1 of my BOB(Smooth Stepper) Trough Mach3 by pressing the (Spindle CW F5) Bottom of Mach3, as the result The corresponding Light In front of it (Output1 in my BOB, I am attaching a Picture of it) will light Up. In the picture Output1 corresponds to O1. Also I can connect it to my Inverter, therefore I can Run/stop Spindle from mach3. (From the Pic. 77, I believe I am at Port 2 , Pin 1)

But I just cannot light up the PWM corresponding Light in my BOB from Mach3 (What is the right port, and Pin for my PWM and/or Analog voltage?)
What is it wrong in my mach3 setup? Presently I am dedicating Output1 to Run and/or Stop the spindle, but also, I think I am trying to use the same output1 to connect to my PWM , I really cannot figure it out, any advice is greatly appreciated.

Hi there
May be my post was not clear, but I am trying to find the right Port, and pin for my PWM , and/or Analog Voltage outPut.

But I just cannot light up the PWM corresponding Light in my BOB from Mach3 (What is the right port, and Pin for my PWM and/or Analog voltage?)

General Mach Discussion / wait action in macros
« on: April 28, 2018, 11:59:04 PM »
Hi there

I am wondering what all these wait moves really mean, and how and where should they be used.
I know that they are being used for causing some delays or wait action in macros while some other things are happening.
But what is the difference between the following, that I see in different macros;

Code "G4 P1.0"
While IsMoving()
Wend
WaitForMove        (is this a valid wait command or code?)
Sleep(1000)

Hi Tweakie

thanks for the reply. Strangely this time as I tried to change my Hotkeys, The X++ value has indeed changed to 38, but before it never changed.
My lap top is not connected to my Machine controller at the moment, I will try it in actual world tomorrow I will let you know.

General Mach Discussion / Hotkeys are not working
« on: April 26, 2018, 02:08:49 PM »
Hi there

I am trying to change my axis, through hotkeys but nothing is happening.
what i want to do is change my left and right to be my Y axis, and up and down arrow to be my X axis, Is this possible?
What I did was going Config>System Hotkeys>and I press X++>"SetHotKeys"> Then I press the Up arrow, but nothing happens.
What is it that I need to do?
