Mach3 under Vista / Stalling motors

Hi!

I´ve had my machine up and running fine before on a older computer that crashed. I´ve got a new computer and installed Mach3 as suggested on the website.
I´m having problems with stalling/spinning motors approx every 10 seconds when I jog the motors. Its almost like it gets an pulse from the cpu and the motor stalls and gets stuck in the same position while Mach3 keeps jogging on the screen.
Does anyone know what could be the problem?

I´m using Windows Vista Professional.

Hi,

I´m trying to setup my newly bought cnc machine. I have a Proxxon MF70 CNC and a control box from a company called Gocnc.
I´m having some trouble figuring out how to get contact with the motors, I have watched the tutorials and I´ve set up Mach3 as they say in the video but I can't get my motors to move :/.
I have attached a few photos and maybe someone might see whats wrong. One thing that I think look strange is that not all pins are green in the diagnostics tab.

Sorry, that this is probably a very basic question. But I have very little experience with CNC´s.
