hallo slovenec,
it runs, but it needs fine tuning.

there are on all axis belt driven ball screws without gears.

the gear changing works.... not perfekt, but ist works.  i must now optimize the spindlespeed macro.

CS-Lab / Re: CSMIO IP/A analog spindle RPM
« on: January 10, 2017, 02:17:47 AM »
i have the same parts (csmio-a and keb) with gearing and spindle index sense.

how is the right  setting in the pulley menu?

the  maxium motor rpm is 3000 and my ratio  is 2:1 (spindle speed 1500 rpm)

so i must setting the pulley menu to min speed 0 and max speed 1500 with ratio 2? is this right?

or is the setting min speed 0 and max speed 3000? and is the ratio 2 or 0.5?

i need  the inputs/outputs for the gearing
http://www.machsupport.com/forum/index.php/topic,33125.msg233709.html#msg233709
is it possible with a brain?

this is the gear shifter

is ist a possibility to run it with a brain or works this only with an vba script?

i need/have:
6 inputs for the switches (only for controlling)
6 outputs for the position (to the faller servo box with programmed postions)
1 output for the spindle motor ( to the frequency inverter with an input for a fixed speed , 20 1/min for better gearing)
