LazyCam (Beta) / Re: Chains and nodes in lazycam
« on: July 06, 2021, 11:54:48 AM »
I noticed that this is not happening when in dxf file is only straight lines. When in dxf file is circle or circle arc then somehow lazycam don't clean up the drawing and multiple chains occur !

LazyCam (Beta) / Chains and nodes in lazycam
« on: June 28, 2021, 02:31:39 PM »
Hi, I know is  dead software but is only one that is ridiculously fast and simple for my job . I cut styrofoam profiles.
My problem is image 1 (styrofoam1) after I clean it it remains some extra chains despite that my dxf is one single closed loop.
That happens on windows 7 64 bit PC and on my laptop with Win10 64bit. Same dxf on my other PC with Windows 7 32bit is like image 2 (styrofoam 2)
What can I do to solve the problem on 64bit systems?
I thought it was from windows update and newer c ++ libraries but I tried to install the same ones that are on win7 32bit without luck!
Please help !

LazyCam (Beta) / Re: No Mach3 found running

I know is late, but maybe is useful for somebody!
Run lazy cam and mach 3 in win xp compatibility mode, and it works!
Also, give all permisions in security tab for all users and make mach3 folder not read only, i mean archive.

LazyCam (Beta) / Re: Modifying F value in file exported to Gcode folder

I tried but output file shows F1.00   :-[
I create a new tool , put feed value to 380 and...open a dxf clean it and save the .tap file but the F is still 1.00.
I don`t know what to do...

LazyCam (Beta) / Modifying F value in file exported to Gcode folder

Hi,
I know is a piece of antique but I'll ask anyway.
I play with LazyCam 3.00 and in exported file is an F1.00 and every time I must change it to my needs by editing that file.
Is there a way to modify this and remain that way?

General Mach Discussion / Spindle relay on by M3 command
« on: February 19, 2019, 07:15:07 AM »
Hi ,
I have a TB6560 board and I can control relay (black relay on low right in image atached) with F5 key or with Spindle CW F5 button on Mach3 interface but when I try to put M3 command in my G code nothing happends.
How can I control that relay to work with M3 M5 command?
Thanks

Hi Craig, :-[
I think I was in time crisis and I took it on the short road...but the long road is always the answer :)

Thank you

Sorry for my late reply but I was busy with something else.
Yes the units are mm. When I'll go to my cnc location I'll try what you say. What will be right speed for my mm's.
I use TB6560 driver for motors.
I noticed that when I try to put F350 in my g-code the speed won't go faster...seems like the F200 is faster it can go.
