I'm using the lathe screen set. The slider that adjusts sro works fine. When the speed is 100rpm at 100% the RPM at 150% is 150rpm. No problem there. But the "spindle override ++" increases the speed about 1000%

I have only one spindle setting. 100 min and 1500 max.

I've assigned a button to "spindle override ++" and other to "spindle override --". When I click the ++ button it increases the RPM by 1000rpm. Same for the -- button. What I prefer is to increase or decrease the speed by 50 RPM per click. Can I do that?

My ShuttlePro works fine except the inner wheel. The selected axis moves 1mm per pulse but I want it to move only one step per pulse. Is there a way to this? I've played with Mach4 mpg settings acceleration and velocity but it didn't help.

Hello Suat,

Try this: Go to Configure>Mach>MPGs and check the 'Reverse' box for the MPG you have assigned to your ShuttlePro. This should change the direction of travel for the inner wheel.

Hi,

I have both Shuttle XPress and PRO. The inner wheel works reversed. When I rotate it CW the axis moves to - direction. When I rotate the wheel CCW then the axis moves to + direction. The outer wheel works fine by the way. Both XPress and PRO works the same way.


Is there a way to revert the inner wheel?

PS: This problem does not occur in Mach3.

I've contaced NFS a week ago but no one answered so I guess I need to try my luck here.

Mach4 was fine for a while but lately it turned out to Demo mode. I have 2 license files in the folder (Mach4 and Darwin) but I uninstalled the Darwin plugin.

I uninstalled Mach4 and did a fresh install but it didn't help.

I checked the PCID and it hasn't changed.

I re-generated my license files but it gave me the same files as before.

How can I make it full again?

Mach4 Plugins / ShuttlePro plugin can't save button mapping

I don't know if this is only happening to me. I run Mach4 as admin and configure the ShuttlePro buttons. All works well for the current session but when I restart Mach4 all the setting I made is gone.

Is there a solution for this?
