Mach4 General Discussion / Rtx64

is that option to combain mach4 with rtx64 ?
there are some very big europe brands in woodworking cnc that work with windows as real time system(it was also with windows xp )
some use RTX some use othere type
if can combain it with mach4 i think its can be big upgrade

but when i try restore any of my screen from ver 4300 mach crash
attach one of profile from ver 4300 that i cant restore at last version

Mach4 General Discussion / CV wizard disaster

i don't know why but i work with mah for almost 3 years and i like every thing except the cv behaviour
i almost start give up use mach4 because this cv
its never give solution and in other controller(for example Syntec) i never see so many problems at corners
i start first with the new type"mcCvDistTolerance" its never work for me good ,its can deform the original shape ,i also send here
some month ago some samples of simple shapes like start... and that actually it did totally different ,and also send to support
but never get answer ,only blame my accl dccl ,its sound me not logic that because i make high or change to low accl dccl the shape should be totally deforne
now i try the old wizard without the blend ,but first even i change it its not modify any thing always stay according "mcCvDistTolerance"
that mean "blend" column have details and shape deforme
they also have in past bug that the slider didn't move ,now they fix the bug but now other bug  ,its not save
even you change the slider when you open again its alway on left side(speed 0 on corner)
dear admin can you at least tell me if there option to give solution for this cv tuning or it s point that i need consider if i can leave with this (the answer is no) or find another option

** i atach the image ,you can see how actually its show that corner is round even it shuld be 90 deg but for some reason mach4 make it round
and i cant have power any more get each day phone calls from customer that waste material for this parts they randomly need throw

what is the best way to make timing for auto service(like run electric oil pump)
for example each 100 working h (h can be when Enable) force lubrication 1 minutes

i have now project to upgrade old drill cnc that use "microspead" analog driver
i use until now only pokeys and real like it
but pokeys not support analog
what is yours suggest  for analog controller
..i don't need interpolation between axiss ,its just drill ,mean all movment are G0

when i try load programs more then 50m i got this messege:
"unexpected exeption has occured :bad allocation ,the program will terminate"
i look in mach i didnt see any limit of file size  ,shure not 50M its not so big

Mach4 General Discussion / convert step/dir 2 Mechatrolink

we have new project to upgrade old cnc that use Yaskawa mechatrolink
we use pokeys cards that they custom for us and we real get use them and don't want replace
is there any to stay with our pokeys ,just find device that take the signal from our 3 or 4 motor outputs step/dir
and package it and send it by mecharolink format to this 3 or 4 yaskawa drivers ? instead of find other hardware or replace the servo

Mach4 General Discussion / RCD-Residual Current Device pop up when press stop

we have very strange problem
when we press stop(after we press hold and wait awhile then press stop)
the residual current drive "jump" attach the rcd photo
is any ide what happened when we press stop that can cause this?
