Mach4 General Discussion / WONT THREAD

I have a dyna myte DM-3000 Converted to run on Mach 4  .I am using a CNC4PC M-16 with a Pokeys57E .I am attempting to use a Lichuan AC Servo motor to drive my spindle and a Lichuan B-2 drive to power the 1.8 kw servo motor . I have changed all the pulleys so the spindle moves 1;1 of the drive motor . The Lichuan motor drives an idler shaft that drives the spindle shaft all have the same pulleys .The main spindle drives an encoder at 1;1 . I cant get the machine to thread it stops on the second line of G76 code .With no error message .I can call out a spindle speed and direction and the machine will run at programmed speed and direction  .Mach 4 will show the programmed speed . I have triple checked all my connections and settings and cant figure out whats wrong . Can someone help me figure this out . Thank you for your help.

I have been using Mastercam for 20 years I know my tool paths are not the problem its the way Mach4 is interpenetrating it. All my  Arc. are makings full circles if I change the Absolute incremental arc setting It either cuts in wrong or cut away from the part .Not much liking this new software. Anyone have similar tool path problems with Arcs in the Lathe? What do I need to do to fix this ?

MY z buttons are  correct z- button is on the left z + on the right why is X- on top and x + on the bottom,x buttons are back wards how can this be fixed easily ?

My mach4 lathe is missing the dianostics page that shows the inputs signals. Is that correct ? I am having problems connecting home switches .Using a Pokeys 57e a m16 connection board from cnc4pc. Have the pin selected in pokeys and in Mach inputs but it dose not working

I was hoping I could get some answers .I have a Lathe with a 6 position tool changer the machine is a Dyna Myte  DM3000 is there a Macro for lathe tool changers  or dose the end user have to build one himself ? Is there a sample one floating around ? Is there anyone out there that can be hired to supply one? And how much would it cost?

Mach4 General Discussion / UC300ETH HELP

I am using an uc300eth plugged into a cnc4pc c76 card.If I launch Mach4 with card powered Mach will not load If I launch Mach then power card Mach seems to work .Cheching the out port LEDs they will stay lit after the keys are released.I do not have any motors connected .I have assigned pins and ports in Mach and was trying to verify I have the ports assigned correctly when I noticed the leds getting stuck .Was wondering if this is normal?

I was thinking of using an AC Servo motor to drive my spindle.The drive is a  Lichuan LCDB2  Drive takes
Input pulse instruction: differential drive/ open collector
Input mode: pulse+direction/Phase A and B orthogonal pulse
/PULSE 2
SIGN 3
/SIGN 1
PULSE 4
Have no Idea what is Plus+ and sig +

General Mach Discussion / Circles Not Round

My circles are OK vertically and horizontally but diagonally across they are off . Re-did my steps per inch.Its  OK, if I tell the machine to move one inch it moves one inch x and y . Very confused . Really wish the search function worked. Please Santa for Christmas fix the search function.
