Does the driver work with Mach4GUI.exe?

Question you show a hobby licence but an industrial screen set, so what are you running hobby or industrial , or do you run the industrial screen on a hobby install

Then just lie to fusion360
When you set up your tools in f360 say you have 10mm em set the table to the offset you need eg 10.1 or 9.9 regent the cam size changed

Or set the tool comp in f360 to controller and set up the tool wear in mach4

Network , mother board and graphics board all will change the PID , that what Windoze uses to check the activation as do NFS

your ESS plug in is way out of date current release is 210 but 213 works well

now I am not saying that this will sort you out but

have you tried with the default wx profile yes it will not be correct but it would eliminate your prof.

are you using
T1 M6
G43 H1
in the mdi panel before you use tool 1 to probe with

Just setting it active does not toggle the g43 offset this can be done in the offset panel as well but it’s quicker to do it in mdi

I have modded my screen to have the toggle for g43 on the front page as well as a lot removed that I don’t use

That is the info I was seeking

As I have a custom screen loosely based on the latest screen set I will revert back to the stable ver. Should be no problem as I have done it before ,plus I have a copy licenced on my laptop to do the swap with first so not to mess up the mill

Needless to say both copies are correctly licenced
And yes my screen set has a unique name as does my profile so should be good
Thanks again but I still think that a warning should have been placed on the dl page for those who dl the rouge version from the public page
