Google search epid cismo turned up a few hits

Here's one, few theories, mach3 version changed fixed it for at least one person...

Cismo problem...https://www.machsupport.com/forum/index.php?topic=29032.0

Tried their support

What versions of everything are you running (m3, cismo plugin, how much ram, graphics card ram (is it dedicated)... seems a long way down the line numbers and strange to always hit at the same place when all they are is x Y motion (no noise induced tasks... spindle speed change, coolant, air, whatever...)

searching for your original errorcode (art code 3336) via google (sorry I should have done that first), I found these, may be worth a while working through these ideas (I've not read all of them, but one has a response from Art):

Can't find anything on art code 3337

Thanks Tweakie.

This is a bit of a long shot.... are you logged on to windows with a non administrator access account?

Can you go into the mach3 folder (c:\mach3\), then select view by details, and select sort by type...

Go down to the exe files, and left click on each one, and select run as administrator...

It's a long shot, but worth 5mins try.... windows may be blocking the running of something  because your account settings do not have administrator rights or something is up with your antivirus being over zealous...

Sorry, running out of ideas

The motion synchronized outputs are not supported, but we are working on bringing THC to Mach3. The implementation is mostly ready, but a lot of testing is still needed.

Thanks very much for the update, I'll keep my eyes peeled for update announcements,

??  what were you trying to upload?

Sometimes the files must have unique names or someone else could have uploaded something with the same name earlier which means there cannot be two uploaded to the forum.

in the bios, can you change the setup of the printer port (this has been a while for me, but on some of the older bios there was a setting to change the printer port from ECP / bidirectional to a standard LPT?)

Have you tried that as windows may have changed the printer port type with a driver update.

normally F2 under restart before the windows logo arrives on screen, and then something the inputs and outputs screen..... all depends on the motherboard, manuf and bios manuf.

epiphany moment!!

what version of Windows 7 are you running?
32 bit or 64 bit?

go to >> windows explorer >> left click on "my pc / this pc", select properties and it will tell you the version, service pack and bit version.

Extract from the NFS website on mach3 requirements:

I am using Mach3 version R3.043.056.

Have you considered upgrading to the last stable Mach3 release (I say stable as the 066 is the one on the website but 062 tends to get recommended because of jogging and probing issues with some motion controllers)
062 is available via the ftp site on the following link:
ftp://anonymous:guest@ftp.machsupport.com/Mach3/Mach3Version3.043.062.exe

or you can have a look at the ftp directory here:
ftp://ftp.machsupport.com/Mach3/

I may have missed something here in my speed read of the above, but are you running a motion controller (if so, which one) or parallel port?
