I think the 3.3V would effect the outputs more than the switch inputs. the motor signals are working which shows enough is being output to drive the controller.
can you see any switch activity on the diagnosis screen?

Mach3Mill.xml is still being over written when I install the latest updates to Mach 3. this did not happen before versions "RC"
does this need to happen? sounds petty but curious what changed.

also is it necessary to reboot when doing upgrade or just on new install?

not really a problem but thought you might want to know.
since your not busy anyway. LOL
2.0d did the same thing. a message box pops up saying "custom setup mach3mill.xml copied to folder" but it is the default xml not the custom one created from the previous install.

I just installed MACH 3 V RC2.0c and it over wrote my old mill XML  file. :(
 is there some reason this needs to happen? I had my old XML backed up can I use it with the new ver or do I have to re do all the settings?
