General Mach Discussion / Re: Mach 3 Feed Rate very slow
« on: April 24, 2014, 08:26:10 PM »
there are other programs that will make M3 act that way .. firefox is one . if I have it  loaded with M3 the feed is very very slow.
make sure nothing else is running in the background. I have heard of other prgms that don't play well with M3 either. quicktime hides in the background and causes issues too.

is there a way to have the table of the mill automatically go to a set position after homing.
I would swear the home offsets in the homing and limits did that in some older versions.
thanks,

Troy,
would it be practical to do a rectangle than a circle over it? or a circle than a rectangle to square the sides?

it means your G code is asking for a higher spindle speed than is set in your "config -- spindle pulleys" setting.
if your not using spindle control set this number to any high number -- maybe 20000
