General Mach Discussion / About my home switch and manual tool change
« on: October 09, 2014, 02:44:01 AM »
Hi all people in here!

I think it is called a home switch.

I need a little help to understand how to make a tool change manually the best way.

My home switch:

Link:

It got a wire into the spindle motor.

But how do I do a tool change and use this for setting the the correct new tool lenght/height after a manual tool change.

Any help on this question.

Hi

I have a cnc router 3040 from ebay - I got the control box there is black, if you know it well.

I use xp proff.

2 of the axis are running but not all 3

I have been tested the machine like this:

Power on the controlbox - it take over on all 3 motors - not to be rotated by hand.

I think it is the motor output signals pin 4 and 5 - why...
It is allways the Y+ and Y- where wont drive on the tab board.

Please help with any suggestions.
