Does anyone have a maintenance manual for this particular machine?  Did not come with one and I can't find anything online.

Yes, I did manage to set up the machine and load the software per instructions. But haven't gotten much farther than that. LOL

Ugh...I need to engrave plastic nameplates and have never used a mini computer controlled 3020T DJ router engraver machine or Mach3 ever!!!!! I am completely clueless     My boss purchased these products, and unfortunately, is under the impression that this is a "plug and play" process.  No one here in our office can operate this...  Is there a simple way to engrave text with this software or is there other software I am needing to purchase?  Perhaps there is "Mach3 for Dummies".  I have spent the last 3 days at work stressing over this and need serious help. Any advise anyone can spare would be greatly appreciated. All I can say at this point is THANK GOD IT'S FRIDAY!!!!
