PoKeys / Re: problem with joystick
« on: September 14, 2014, 06:35:21 PM »
I have tryied to put deadband at 80, 100 but always the same, axis move by themselves.
Very dangerous when you leave the machine stopped and you see it move alone.
Maybe joysticks in this application are not a good idea.

And when I use joysticks to move head slow, I always receive back an error from UC100 connection

I've asked it for safety, because I can touch it moving my hand and make a disaster

PoKeys / configure joystick in Mach3
« on: September 06, 2014, 05:55:33 PM »
Hello,

I have connected a 2 axis joystick in the pokeys, with 2 potentiometers (resistor)
In the page of plugin inside Mach3 I'm not able to find the rigt DRO to set to use the joystick to move the axis.
I need to move axis incremental, eg. i turn the joystick for 30% the X move at 30% of velocity

I hope to explain right

thanks in advance for help

why i need 2 analog inputs?

I have read here about a brain to set 100% when the control is between 98 and 102

I use the 56U model

I've set the analog input in the config of mach3 and set the gain at 300% and it work well, but I have the same problem of led red blinking when I try to set it at 100%.
I've read about this brain to reset the feed override to 100% when the value is between 98% and 102% but it don't work.

What I can do?
