I think the DRO's are persistant so should reload as they were. I think there is a tick box in setup for "Persistent DRO's" I that controls it, don't know if you had that on though.

Nice one, thanks Hood, that looks like a nice little fix.

Hope the plasma is running well ;)

Was there ever a fix or reason for the random "script compiler error in m3.m1s" issue?

Had it again today, first time in a fair while now, no idea why. Half way through a job, code starts with spindle not running because of the error but Mach happily runs the code regardless, bang goes the cutter :(

Restart Mach and all is good again as usual.

Why does Mach know there was an error - it puts the error message on screen - but happily runs on without the motor running?

No global error trap??

Interesting, that may explain whether told me to always install version 022, I did query this on the forum and it was decided that it was too old for consideration, maybe 044 is a better bet?

If its a brushed dc servo it could be brushes, they can jam the motor if they are are practically worn out.

Could be worth checking out.

I do not know your BOB but if you have the relay clicking on demand then you're 99% of the way there.

You need to find the Com or Common contact and the NO or Normally Open contacts of that relay, no other voltage supply is needed.

Take these two contacts and wire to the "torch fire" lines on the PM45 connector, if you have the machine torch this should work, if you have the manual hand torch you will also need to modify the PM45 wiring to disable the manual torch safety system and make it think it has the machine torch fitted.

Hood, make sure you have "Ignore M Calls While Loading" checked, might help. ;)

Fair-do's, 99% of my stuff is 3mm steel sheet so no biggy if i need to re-run usually.

With most of my work being arty-farty stuff, 99.9% of all errors leading to a stop are caused by tip-ups jamming the torch or dragging the sheet out of position. I started to use the M01 optional stop on the fiddly stuff, its slower but since doing it I have had zero errors so time saved in the long run. I have my post add the M01 before each start and have a screen toggle so i can choose to use it or not :)

Plasma is a blast ;)
