Does anyone have an answer for this? as I am sure many people have unhappy customers and damaged jobs because of this and we need an explanation why we replace an existing controller with a controller (Mach) which makes their life more difficult.

 ;D Thanks Hood,
It seems that I have the old OEM code list, I've now downloaded this one - http://www.machsupport.com/forum/index.php/topic,9312.0.html, is this the latest?

General Mach Discussion / "To go" DRO
« on: June 12, 2011, 04:03:57 AM »
Hi all,
I know that there is a button that changes the co-ordinate DRO's to the distance to go, but is there a dedicated DRO that shows the distance to go?
The reason why I ask this is that I wish to switch an output off when the distance to go is less than a certain value with a brain or macro.
Thanks, Steve

For the pierce delay try using G4 P99 (G4 is dwell and The P is the dwell time), Then the cycle start will will work to continue to the next line.

17
Post your g-code and XML - Then I will have a look at it.

It is quite simple to do this in Mach - Just set your pierce delay at 99 sec and when the plate is heated sufficiently press Cycle start and the code will continue from the next line.

Finished Screens / Re: Mach3 2010 Screenset - Now available

Hi Jerry,

I really like the look of you new screens, but the main problem is the resolution - most new screens are wide screen.
If you were to make a widescreen version, I would definitely buy it.

Hi Tron,

Check your I J mode in the general config. menu to correct the circular interpolation errors.
