Hi:

That "Bad" screen is fine. This is a very good result. Dont worry further about the state of the computer as far as the driver is concerned.

Looks like we're not going to see the "Cluynk" time on the drivertest. That small dip would not be heard. One of the funny things about all this stuff, is if the
CPU is getting shut down intermittantly, you may not see the time spike. If you command a long move on only the X axis, how often does it thunk..?

Hi Guys:

I suspect your timing is not good. Run the drivertest.exe. Are you sure its showing a line with no hugh spikes of timeing variation??

And the winner is....

 Capt_Chaos..

Way to go Cap'n. Looks very nice. Can you send me (offlist) to fenerty@artofcnc.ca , your real mailing address , as well as any original graphics files for this in pretty much any format.

My thanks to all the submitters, good job on all counts. The Capn's entry was just good enough to swing the vote. Myself and Benny picked the same one in the end, (and the same second place, though
I wont announce that, no sense rubbing it in that somene was that close... :)

 Thanks everyone, good competion...
