Yes, I watched brian ram a 1/4 inch drill bit into aluminum running backwards. (Left hand threaded drill bit in the wrong drawer..not Brians fault. :)  ) Damn thing went in about an inch, and then corkscrewed the bit.
Never thought Id ever see the process of how they make corkscrews from drill bits..

(Hey Brian..what a great product thought, every machiniist woudl want a corkscrew make from a drill bit. :)  )

General Mach Discussion / Re: Wizzard tutorial?

Fernando:

Also, a great way to figure out wizard is to open up the digitize wizard in Screen 4. Get used to all the controls and how they ar eplaced. Notice that several of the buttons are set to run MAcros..

Now open up Mach3, run the digitize wizard, select config/edit script button. Notice all buttons that have scripts in them start to flash. Click on one and it will show the script in it.. Look at all the scripts,
how to write a wizard will slowly become very clear. Its just buttons, and scripts and DRO's.. Thats all. :)

Somethings very screwy at this point. You shouldnt have loaded the special driver. Delete the folder, reinstall and stay away form the special driver.
It is onlyused if your computer reboots when you try running the original driver.

Reinstall, then run only the drivertest.exe program and tell me what that does..

Hugo:

Run the drivertest.exe program and see if it fails.. Does it show a good waveform? Whats the pulse frequency..

Hi Hugo:

Just delete the MAch3 folder. Then reinstall. If there is no "time in int." then the driver wasnt working. Run the drivertest.exe file and see what it does,,

This is because your missing some text files that should be in th efolder. I may have inadvertantly missed them, so Ill check the relase. LazyCam must be in the MAch3 folder to work properly..and there are three text files that must be there as well with functions in them.. Ill see if I messed up..

Hi Cathei:

If it says "Requested home switch ACtive" , then its seeing the home switch is pressed already. If it isnt pressed in reality, then look at the Diags page, is it lit?
If its lit, it thinks its pressed, so check the setting of "Low Active" on that switch.. General Rule #1, no LEDs on the diags page shoudl eb on, unless that switch or signal is Actively being input. So unless a switch is hit, the LED shoudl be off.. Otherwise, chaneg the low active setting..
