Hi there, I suggest maybe buying a large ink jet printer, it would have most of the features that I think you may be looking for.

General Mach Discussion / Driver gone crazy
« on: February 02, 2015, 07:04:47 PM »
Hi there, my cnc router was running fine until about two weeks ago, the Y axis started to miss steps and does not change directions sometimes, the other times it would work fine, I have swapped the motors and it seems to be with the one driver, the drivers are 2M542 Leadshine drivers, I had them for about two years and never had any problems with them until now, is there anyone out there using the same drivers, and if they have similar problems or know of a way to fix it I would be more than happy to hear from you, or anyone else who may have some suggestions please feel free to jump in.

Regards

General Mach Discussion / Re: Sharing Mach 3 between two machines
« on: August 09, 2014, 11:06:18 PM »
Hi Nick,
if you want a new claen setup you can click " create profile " at  Mach startup and choose a name for the new profile
If the setup you need is similar to the existing profile, you can copy that by copying the XML file.
You find the xml configuration file in the Mach3 folder eg.  Mach3Mill.xml to Mach3Mill_1.xml
Next time you open Mach you see the new Profile witch you can use for the new setup.
hope that helps.
Alex

Thanks Jeff, I will try and set the debounce like you said, I have already tried the switch deactivate and there is no problem only when I activate the limit switches the problem occurs, and yes it is a vfd spindle whith shieled cable etc
