I cut 1 of the braces yesterday and it worked well. It is when i try to cut all 6 that the problems occur.

Is there a way to set limits that jog or programs will not pass? The table i bought has no limits switches so really don't want to break it.

Yes i tested the code and yes it gave me a square within a square 3.75 x 3.75 (with a 1/2 bit)

I used a g0x24 and then measured with a tape and it was acurate. I will try the file though.

I just made a new Gcode file using ventric 2d. When i load it into mach3 the whole thing is shrunk left to right. looks fine in Ventrics but does not work in Mach3. I am VERY new to CNC and Mach 3 so any help is appreciated.
