Discovered part of my problem. The shaft for my Y is slipping. Probably after i fix this things should be better.

Yes it is as if it is losing position. But even on the display (mach 3) the tool path is incorrect. I have done some test to to see if it returns to 0 and that functioned well.

I am not sure if it is the drawing program, Ventrics 2d of mach3. I draw a circle 4.75 inches in diameter. Save and load into ventrics. create the code and load it into mach 3. now the machine cuts a circle 4.714 inches. I drew the circle with corel draw 11.

Thanks got it to work. 1 problem solved 10000 more to overcome.
