if you use Standard 1024 screenset there is on the program run page (first tab) in the
middle bottom u button called Jog ON/OFF. is there a green Frame around the button?

next Thing is, witch Version did you install? there is a patched Version for Win10 avaliable.

sorry i have also no documentation about SetInputData() command, except that it is only supported by Version .066.
due the fact i was recomended by my Motion Controller supplier (CSLAB) not to use .066, i have made external locic
by optocuplers and relays do Switch via Outputs between probe Input sources to able to use more then one probe.

even i have no experience in threading, had als o look to your Profile.
two questions:
-have you tryed to run Diameter mode instead of radius mode?
-witch Version of mach3 are you running?

Servus,
habe zwar keine Mach4 Erfahrung (nur Mach3) aber sicher wird es hier auch
bei der Konfiguration der Eingangssignale ein E-Stop Signal geben, welches zu
konfigurieren ist. Falls kein E-Stop vorhanden, solle ein aktiv Low helfen.

"normaly" the Software will not Change stettings. "maybe" you missed the Apply button?
if you Change microstepping to 4, just multiply your step's per by 4.
