Mach3 will allways wait for the spindle dwell time.

to start the spindle without dwell time before going back to the work coordinates is risky, because
there may be a spindlestart sometime without tool Change.

thats no g-code file that is a dxf file.

open Notepad
filetype -> any file
search and open your file

anyhow the file ending is not so important, but it must be a Textfile.

you can do a test, by opening with Notepad, then you should see the G-code you expect.

any testfile is ok.
