General Mach Discussion / Re: Trouble moving from XP to Win7 32bit

it's not Mach3 your stepper drivers may not be able to run at a 3.3V PP.
you should also check settings in bios for PP-card

maybe your PP is a 3.3V version. i think you have to check with voltmeter.
there are a couple of tutorials on youtube.

I need it to switch off once the encoder dro and axis dro are no longer.

the encoder dro and axis dro are no longer, not longer what?

for the moment i can not get your off condition, so what should switch off the output exactly?

think it is enough if the output is connected directly after the compare, without the And and OR behind it.

Mach3 and G-Rex / Re: Help Please!!! X and Y axis move in one direction

at a first view, your wiring seems to be ok.

try to reconfigure x-axis to pin 8 and 9 and measure the dir pin again, without having the
driver connected. if you get 5v at dir pin there swap the wires and try again.

General Mach Discussion / Re: PWM bumped to minimum setting

some more informations about your hardware and some photos would be helpfull.

a PWM signal is not 0-10V. PWM is allways a signal witch goes low and high (high normaly 5V),
only the relation between low and high (pulselength) defines the change.
