have you tryed to set Pn146 to 0, this will Switch of the ramp Generator in the Driver (i think).

normaly your Limit Switches have three wires:
Brown -> 24v
blue -> 0V
black -> Output

so if you want two (NC) Switches in series you have to wire:

Switch 1
Brown -> 24v
blue -> 0V
black -> to Brown of Switch 1

Switch 2
Brown -> from black of Switch 1
blue -> 0V
black -> to input

in your XML the port adress for port#1 is set to B907.

is this realy the right adress? have you checked in Windows System config?

As soon as I changed to the second option all motors and spindle worked.
sounds good, nice to hear that it is working now

The only problems still are:
* The E_Stop button on the CNC controller doesn't work. (Only the one on the screen works)
figure out to witch Input the button is wired to, then check Config -> Ports&Pins -> Inputs

Quote
* None of the LED's on the diagnostics page light up when they should.
witch LED's do not work

Quote
* Spindle won't go above 8,000 RPM (Error msg comes up if you try to go higher and returns it to 8,000)
check Config -> Spindle Pulleys -> Pulley Number 4

Code: [Select]
DAC offset is 0.4v which is inline with other drives
that seems to be very high DAC Offset is normaly adjusted  by set Speed Zero and then adjust
Offset so much until Motor standstill.
