Rich,

The movement is done via a wormwheel and a toothrack.
It is not easy to eliminate the backlash

I have made a conventional mill tot a CNC mill.
There was a backlash item in all axis.
The X and Y axis are solved since I measured the differences and studied the solutions in this forum (thamks)
However teh backlash compensation in the Z axis direction is not going to work.
Why, because the compensation must only work in one direction (only in upwards direction) because due to the gravity the spindel lowered too much).

Is there any solution for this becuse now if I lhave to lower the spindel 10 times , every time it lowers the drill holes becomes deeper due to backlash.

Ultimately I have to change the G coding with a backlash value every time it goes upwards again what is very anoying!

Please can anybody help??

Newfangled Solutions Mach3 Wizards / wizlic doesn't work anymore!

 :-\For two  years I bought the newfangled wizlic file.
Until now it worked fine for me but due to a crash I has to install mach 3 again BUT it remains saying that the wizards are unlicensed.
I placed the old wizlic everywere but it is not working anymore!!

Pleas help

There is a special EMC cabling with twisted paires screened and overall screened.
Can the screens combine together and on what side.
Also for the frequency controller and for the PC?
Must all these screens connected together so that there exist a kind of closed box of connected screens?

Unfortunately is it impossible to download a working lazycam update from this site and therefore it is also impossible to use lazyturn since he misses ANN.dll

Can somebody help me by mailing a working file???

Tried to start the latest download, placed it into Mach3 directory with lazyturn installed but "ANN.dll not loaded"?

What can I do about this?
