I am not real good at this, but I would look at the job steps.  In a regular Mach 3 you should be able to hit the tab key to bring up the jog box.  Then look in the middle of the box and click the respective box to put you in constant job or incremental steps.

I got started with CNC work 4 years ago after building Tom McQuires desktop cnc mill off of the instructables page. It was running on KCam.   Since then I have moved on to a Tormach machine that is running Mach 3.  I have to admit I fell in love with Mach 3 very fast.  Lately, I have had some younger kids ask me what the little desktop mill was.  I have it hooked back up, but I was wanting to run the stepper drivers using Mach 3 instead of K-Cam.  I am looking for information on how to do that.  I have researched posts on google, but so far I can't seem to make things work. 
     Any information would be greatly appreciated.
