Katoh,
is it correct that you want to turn the part on X - ( minus ) side rather then X+?
is the startpoint at Z-7.5 correct?

Share Your GCode / Re: Cutting circle

Hi Jimster,
I assume the circle that you created in Cad is just a circle.
In this case the postprocessor should give out a nice circle in the G-Code. That depends on the PP settings and of course the cam settings.
More powerful Cams like Solidcam has various settings. I am not familar with SC , I think to contact the people there could help.

just a thought

If you want it run " all the time "  then you need the macropump.m1s  All other macros run only one time when you call them from MDI or G-Code or Butten Press.
Also it can be done with a Brain.
The "ChargePump On In Estop" means that the saftey signal  ( ChargePump ) will be activated even when Mach is in E-Stop ( Reset ) state.

vel Dro X =806
vel Dro Y =807
vel Dro Z =808

Every time you check / uncheck run macro pump, or after you edited it you must resart Mach3

Nicolas,
if you are not shure where to search run the PP again in MCam with a different file name for the G-Code.

Look at line N120 it's different, so two different files pretty shure.

Hi Nicolas,
I would take a guess that's two different G-Code files and you loaded the wrong one.
Mach is not changing anything to the file when loading.

(so A axis tuning is working ok and spindle tuning steps per unit acts funny). When running at higher steps/s, the servo amp will smooth the rotation. With that slow movement, it really jumps, stays, jumps, stays..
It acts not funny, it acts how you set it up. 1RPM = 20 pulses per minute thats 1 puls every 3 seconds. The A axis acts the same, try

This behav is due to your poor resolution. You should increase it.
