No M8 / M9 delay here in ver. .062 so far i can see.
The toolchange Macro you posted has no toolchange content.

Hi,
can you attach your G code.

Alex

Hi Mark and Brett
it's not CV causing this.
In General Config you checked " Z is 2,5 D on Output #6 "
UNCHECK this

Hi nik,
look if you have set a delay in Config > Ports and Pins > Spindle Seup > Fllood Mist Control
If that is set to 0 i have no delay here.
The delay regarding the toolchange depends on your Setup ( toolchange macro )

Andy,
the G code you postet ( all the 144 holes ) already contains the G98.
Only thing you have to do is replace The R7 with R1 to get what you want( so far i can see)

General Mach Discussion / Re: Home Offset
« on: March 07, 2013, 12:47:44 PM »
Hi j2mariashop ,

the " Home Off " in Config >Homing/Limits is used to set up your machine coordinate system.
Normally there is a difference between the position of the reference ( homing ) switch and the machine coordinate system.
This will be set in  " Home Off "
To point 3. This depends on your system Mill / Lathe ...
The machine normally needs only the reference ( homing ) when its turned on. That shows the controller ( Mach ) the position of the axis.
When everything is ok there is no need to reference it again.
Your part will be set up in the Fixtures.

hope that helps a little.

General Mach Discussion / Re: NFS Turn in version 57
« on: March 07, 2013, 12:13:20 PM »
 Hi m4uk,
i think this is an issue in .057 Whats happen is that the displayed toolpath  is shiftet by the amount of the fixture or G52.
e.g. in G54 . When all  set to 0 then its is shown ok. That does not happen in .062
