Hi l am new in this forum. I am a new worker hired by my boss to handle a new cnc machine he bought from China. We trying to use the machine for our jewelry project. The problem is l am very new in cnc machine, as well as Mach3. I received the machine a few days ago from China and try to fix up the machine. My problem now is no matter how hard l tried, the Y-axis will never move. There's no problem with my keyboard jogging,X and Z axis will move accordingly. I tried to applied a G-code, the machine move precisely except for Y-axis. Can anyone explain to me what is going on with my machine?    ???
