How much material will be left on a design after it is turned in LT if i put in 1 i still get more then 2.5 MM over sized on the part.

Just reading through the post i see here that you guy's are using v3.042.033 for the lathe and threading i have been trying to get this to work since i purchased Mach 3 are these older version's available where do i find them thanks

I don't know if this is the same problem i had but latest version of mach would take all the radius moves and make circles out of them or a figure 8 i had to delete that version and go backwards in version's to correct the problem working fine now.

Yes it's a help i am trying to again update my Mach version and did not write down the one i was using that worked, i will take all the help i can get.

If that's so then why when going back to an earlier version of mach would it correct itself? oh and i am not using LT the roughing is so so the finish starts backward rear to front.

Thanks for your reply, after the update the arc's turned into circles and and figure 8's going backwards to earlier version's thankfully i saved them i was able to get the files back on line.

I recently updated to the latest version of Mach 3 i run a mill and lathe with Mach what i think would great is to have along with the update what it fixes like corrects bug in arc move ETC .
Recently  when i updated to the latest version of Mach on the lathe the G-code was all out of whack and these were files i had already cut so i know there were no problems before the update i had to remove the update and all it's files and then go backwards from 2.63 up to get my files working again letting us know what the update dose may save some time and work would be great if possible.
