LazyCam (Beta) / Re: Lazy Cam Evaluation
« on: April 30, 2007, 11:21:51 AM »
Hi all
Another nice feature would be on the zoom part Yes you can zoom now but it would be even better if you could like the CAD systems with the mouse you draw a box around the part you want to zoom in it is realy slick but I don,t know how hard work that would be to make it work Just my 2 cents   Thanks again for your hard work

Here is a nice suggestion to think about if a guy manual nests part having a setting tab to set the val on how close a guy wants to set the part next to each other that if wouldn't let you drag the part closer then the set val

General Mach Discussion / Lossing step on low RPM
« on: April 12, 2007, 10:03:15 AM »
Hi everyone
I have a stepper system that is lossing step on low rpm like at 15 it seems to work alright if I jog around on height speed and if i jog around on slow speed sometimes it losses step . Another problem i have is at about 50 RPM the machine is a little jurke on arch points What i have seemed if I check mark NO FRO on Queue it is nice and smooth but it takes to long for the FRO to respond when you change the cutting speed which dose not work on a flame cutting machine if I uncheck NO FRO on QUEUE the i get some jerking when running the machine but if if you reset the FRO when cutting the setting works great

I used the printer port ground pin and the gecko guy told me I could use the game port to supply the 5 volts to the drivers another ground to the pc take a meter put one end to the 5 volt ground and the other end any were on the PC were you can fasten a ground if your meter reads a dead short that is a good place for the ground
