I'm zeroed on the center of the hub on the program that is running now, I used Mach3 on my cad pc to see if I could use the wizard. when I posted the gcode in the wizard the origin was outside the circle looking at the wizards display. do I need to be on the CNC pc hooked to the mill for the wizard to know where the origin is?

General Mach Discussion / Circular bolt pattern wizzard question
« on: July 11, 2012, 11:10:47 AM »
I am looking to drill a bolt pattern on the race car hubs I'm building, when I put X=0 Y=0 in the wizard it doesn't put the origin in the center. to get it close it takes  X= -2.55 Y= -3.5. That gets it close but no way to tell for sure where the actual start point is.

Am I overlooking something? I thought the origin would be the center of the circular pattern.

Good its going, still a bit concerned about the driver test though. What does the Time in Int and also the Frequency say on Diagnostics page?
Hood

time in Int is fluctuating between +3 and +4

Frequency is 25003

Here is a screen shot of the driver test.

Motor calibration is off, should it change from computer to computer?
