I think whats below is what you wont if wrong ever development team will say the squire or round one

mcCntlGCodeExecuteWait(inst, "G53 Y0 Z0")--Move back to the YOffset line
if rc ~= mc.MERROR_NOERROR then return "Could not complete GCode motion", false end
   else
      mcCntlGCodeExecuteWait(inst, "G53 Y0 Z0")--Move to the YOffset line
if rc ~= mc.MERROR_NOERROR then return "Could not complete GCode motion", false end

try removing C /mach4/profiles/Mach4Mill/Macros M3, M4, M5, .mcc and .mcs also mcLua.mcc and m6.mcc.

and remove sim.m4pw and sim.sig from plugins this can make Darwin play up in M4

other than that only the cnc gods know

stand in front of the machine facing  the X axis it should be in front of you so if it move left - left arrow, right + right arrow.

z up is PgUp button Z- is PgDn button

if those to are doing that good

Y+ is away from you up arrow, Y- is to you down arrow
