can anyone tall me does mach3 home to one axis at a time when you click on home button as have a g540 that has 4 inputs and what to have home switch, softlimits and a probe

has anyone tride win7 32 bit and has it worked can you send files from lazey cam to mach3 and mach3 to laze cam or other cad programs to mach3

just a question for you im thinking building a new machine with new computer win 7 i see you have win 7 32 bit when useing cut 3d can you post straght to mach3 from cut 3d or do you have to save first then open saved file in mach 3

what im getting at is when i do some thing with cut2d and send it to mach3 it can not find it ie mach3, or if i find a gcode on the net that i wont to do but its in inch as i run metric only with win xp i lode it to mach3 then open lazey cam and pull it through with win 7 i can not do it. these are things i would like to work, as going from inside computer to cnc computer to check if things are going to work is a pain. in nz you cant get xp anymore only second hand computers what are some else junk.

i have v2 configed for mach3, i got all of that done i have wired it according to g540 wiring on page 25 on super pid instructions it is set up OK i think. it does 5000rpm or 30000 rpm only. when i calibrate spindle using auto cal it work perfectly

does anyone now what config to use for the superpid running mach3 through a g540
can get spindle to turn on and off but cannot seem to change the speed of the spindle in mach 3 help please

have chucked the TB6560 board out going with a gecko g540
the steeper's worked when pluged in to x and z on the TB6560 board i would say y and a where dead and the wiring is the same as it was on the original board on the emco PC mill 30

have tride every posable way to get working still only z and y working in one direction this board sucks
