what i mean is that at start up if you go to jog machine it goes very slow as in actually 1mm in a minute. to stop this happening i go to mdi screen and hit verify and then it goes the speed i wont when i first put machine together it was not doing it but next day it was its not that much of problem if i can stop it happening it would be good

found out what problem was had a conflict with pins it works now, but still have start up problem have to hit verify in mdi screen to get things to move properly any ideas will post xml soon as not at same place as machine

Mach3 going mad, when start up machine needs to change pin1 from active hi to active low then back to active hi for axis to move at set speed. other problem can get machine to jog move with commands in mdi screen but when file loaded only z axis moves x and y go now wear but DTI shows movement on x and y help me

was doing it that way moved the decimal point so it is 28.0000 instead of 28000.00 it fixed problem was stilling at high number thanks anyway

trying to calibrate new machine i am getting no wear i keep going to far then not far enough then to far way to far then not far enough. i am only doing one mm at a time it could go .30mm, 1.9mm, 1.9mm, .09mm, 1.3mm then it will go mad then it will go 1.3 so i will put in it went 1.15 so it gets it close but it will end up at more than 1.15or a lot less.
i can tall the machine to move the same amount every time and it give a consent number of say .90 then .96 then .90.
can some one help please

these problems need fix fast as win xp 32 bit will be gone very soon as in next 12 month a stable 64 bit version needs to be done now for lazer,router,mill,lave,plasma ect, as tec gets cheaper like lazers mach3 needs to keep up please keep up. concerend mach3 user

if you have Use WatchDogs ticked on general config un tick it if it still happens it could be your computer i have the same problem  i un ticked it it stopped happening my computer just runs it it only happens sometimes
