General Mach Discussion / Setting Feed Rate

My feed rate is set at 1.00.  I try to change it to 75.00 but it will reset to 1.00.  I have tried to change it both on the "program run" and the "MDI"  Hope you can help.  SOrry for being such a novice.  Neil

We are new users to CNC and need a tool path to level our router>  We have a sub facia that we screw down our substrate to.  Hope you can help?
