SOLVED

I uninstall and reinstalled mach3 did not realize that this did not remove mach3 folder i remove mach3 folder and reinstalled mach3 every ok now

Just upgraded from xp to win 7 because networking no longer works with windows 10, when i open mach3 it opens with blank screen except it shows all the menu's on top and they are functional when i close i get error art code 20070911 i installed on another computor with win 7 and no problem
any help would be greatly appreciated,i need to do a lot jobs on machine.

running mach3 with gecko g540 drive 200 step steppers

just bought new machine with 5mm pitch ball screws they gave me thier xml file for mach3, native units is inch, motor tunning steps per is set at 2032
does not seem correct to my calculation 200*10/.19685 =10160.020
what one is correct

finnaly finnished my big engraving jobs running full speed then i slowed vol down to 15 and accel to 2 and you are right it did work thier lt was quite slow but that is ok ony doing one piece

when it goes off on cut it will zig zag all over aprox .500 inch area then after it picks up and moves it appears to be cutting right on also i have dual shaft steppers with knobs on them
and they have white line and when i home out they come back to same place on white line every time after i run part  if they lost steps shouldn't that  white line be off

working at lot better now since i adjusted volocity from 75 to 40 and excel from 4 to 1 kernal set to 25000 i ran part 5 times or more with no problem but now it will randomly cut through some letters and then will recover itself and finish engraving
fine.getting frustrated
