Mach3 under Vista / ERROR ARTCODE 20070911

Just upgraded from xp to win 7 because networking no longer works with windows 10, when i open mach3 it opens with blank screen except it shows all the menu's on top and they are functional when i close i get error art code 20070911 i installed on another computor with win 7 and no problem
any help would be greatly appreciated,i need to do a lot jobs on machine.

running mach3 with gecko g540 drive 200 step steppers

just bought new machine with 5mm pitch ball screws they gave me thier xml file for mach3, native units is inch, motor tunning steps per is set at 2032
does not seem correct to my calculation 200*10/.19685 =10160.020
what one is correct

hi
i have a k2cnc with gecko g540 running with mach3 2ghz cpu and 1 gig of memory

i am trying to v carve a harley davison emblem was programmed with bobcad looks good in graphics and look good on mach3 graphics but when i run on router the tool path looks
good and then it will totally go off course and cut letters away and will just end up with pocket it will repeat the same every time. I can just do regular 2d engraving with no problem.

any help would be very much appreciated

having trouble with mach3 with cutter comp taking affect,i am using tool 1 with cutter radius in tool table (R.187 IN TOOL DIAMETER)
on the main screen shows tool 1 and shows cutter radius but when running program tool goes to center line of cutter
and does not compensate for tool radius.

example program milling inside pocket

using mach3
X AXIS STOPS APROX .500 SHORT OF HOME SWITCH
 y and z axis work fine they hit home switch and back off switch a small amount every time

i tried wires from y and z same problem

any ideas
