Def.not new but have bin so busy haven't had time to finish up my cnc table. Now I am back with more time to get it running. Seems maybe the company owner that sold the parts to me is dead from cancer. So I will be going it on my own now. I am formally in the jewelery industry and do wood working in my shop at the house in navarre  florida ,my router table is 4 foot x 8 foot and running servos xyz and a. Has many issues but is a heavy monster soon to be up and running more  to come. :o

I figured out something to do with home switch was stopping all motor movement they where locked in but the signal from the software was blocked by the lack of pins on the parale port .the mothers are servo so they must run at 35000 to be right so to this point I got it running now I. Just need to get it dialed in an figure out home limit switches so they work /some times I am not clear because I don't know really how to word it I have never had to set the things I am setting now. It's always been just load up g code and go. You know zero the machine to e spot for the work and run g code. It is all a learning prossess for me because some of the settings I have no idea what the do if you make a new version you should lock this stuff away after it is set up.

I am tune into this and I know you seem to have to solved the issue but I have one my servos need 35000 speed to run correct numbers for length of movement. And now that I got them tuned and such the motors don't respond at all and pins whent down to2 of the lights showing on the diagnostics page

new mill is doing fiunnyy things , first i have servo drives that requier 35000 kernal speed( my Y is at 5000 stps ) and i have got them some what tuned but now after a few minites motor movement stops whont come back not sure if i am doing or if i am even doing the right things. the motors are locked in but no signal seems to get to them and on the diog.s  screen i only have 2 pins lite up now is this correct? lost lost lost ps the software still runs when reset. my motors are DMM with Dmm DRives and breakout board.

Soft max I change to this and solved my scree set up I think but still figuring out Y and Z motor settings .  What actually in soft max and minim do you put?

I will try that tomarrow didn't see that button I think the maker of the servos set them all to 4000 because when I whent into the tuning and adjusted  it to 6000 steps it had the travel right but thru out a kernel speed was to fast fo an axis

Y way to tune the servo is to push it to about 6000 then I got a fault that a axis was to high for the kernel speed the drive computer is a 3 ghz computer by dell for a short time I got the axis to read correctly on a  10 inch span 10 inches of movemen now not sure what to do also found my z was out as well no the only one looking right is  X a
What's funny all 3 servos are the same and originally set the same.

Hi all first let me say I am finally testing my table size is 96 inches long in the X and 48 inches in the Y, . The problem I am having it is reading the X correctly but the when I zero the Y  and move it it reads  76 inches this I can't figure out. And the Mach 3 screen is huge an I can't get it aligned either. :-\
