When I feedhold on my waterjet gantry, the Gecko's (g320's) will fault out. Usually one or sometimes both. Are the ramp settings on the motors set too aggressively, or is it something else? Thanks in advance

I am configuring Mach3 for a waterjet. I need to execute a sequence for on and off.
On:
M3 (water on)
G4 Pxx (delay to create vacuum in abrasive line)
M8 (abrasive on)

Off:
M9 (abrasive off)
G4 Pxx (delay to clear abrasive line)
M5 (water off)

My question is:
How can I combine these into a Macro?
Maybe a custom M code that executes the above?

This is the reason why I decided against the Ajax/Mach3 system. I tried several times to get in touch with them to place an order, and no response. I hope you can get your system up and running soon! Their system seems to be the ticket for closed loop control with Mach3, but they need to work on support.

Is the parallel port accessible for I/O (mpg's and etc) when using the Galil plugin?
