Hello Uwe,
many thanks for your answer. I have two pokeys 57U and this retrofit is for me a test, when one crashs I have a reserve.
When I am able to bring the machine in a working condition I will change to the 57CNC and retrofit my milling machine too with this controller.

PoKeys / PoKeys and a Lathe

Hi,
I want to use Mach3 with Pokeys 56U and a lathe with two handwheels. I want to use the lathe with the handwheels in conventionell mode and with gcode files or wizzards in a automatic mode. My servo drives need a 5,-Volt enable, step and direction signal and gives a 5,-Volt output error signal.
Does someone use so a configuration too?
Has someone a sample configuration file?

Galil / Configuring input- and outputpins DMC-1765

Hello,
the DMC-1765 has 24 inputpins and 16 outputpins . In Mach3 I find only 4 inputpins . In what kind of way can I configure the I/O pins under Mach3? In the Galilmanual I see softwarecommands SB , CB , AI and so on. Are there Machcommands like the Galilcommands? Can I use SB , CB in the gcode to control machinefunctions?

Galil / Re: Galil controller compatability (what works with the plugin)

Hi ,
I get some Galil DMC 1765 and 1785  . Works these cards with Mach3 ? I want to control a machine with + - 10 V servo amplifiers and servo amplifiers with step and direction input at the same time . Is this possible ? Does someone knows it ?

PoKeys / Question about limit and homing switches

Hi ,
I am using pokeys 56u . My router has no extra home switch but end switches . It's possible like the Mach3 printerport mode to connect all endswitches
in one line and in reference drive mach3 recognice the endswitch as homeswitch and in working/milling mach3 uses the endswitches as endswitches ?

Hi ,
I use pokeys55u . It's possible to connect the pokeys directly to the stepper- or servodrives and endswitches or it's necessary
to switch a converter , optocuppler or other between the units ?

when I extract the pokeys plugin software there are 3 files the pokeys.dll , the pdf plugin manual and the kbd48CNC_SettingsNew.xml file .
What is the xml-file and where must be place ?
