Brains Development / Re: Brain not affected by oem led???
« on: October 10, 2007, 12:41:39 PM »
Grrr.
I have solved the part of a problem. When using any OEM Led and comparator after, nothing happens. Led is changing status, but comparator not! But if I insert two identical LEDs and connect AND Lobe to them, then it works, after 3 days & nights...  ;) That's it, I tought this could be helpfull to someone.
Cheers,
Dejan

Brains Development / Brain not affected by oem led???
« on: October 09, 2007, 07:28:18 AM »
After having problem controlling input1 with input2, output6, Z feed rate and Current Tool (Input1 and Input2 doesn't change value, but it's LEDs do), I have tried to replace them with OEM LED 79 & 822. Now I have changing value of them in brain viewer (blue to green), but it doesn't change comparators value (have tried =, >, <...than 0, 1...). Any idea what can it be, 'cause I'm getting tired and confused.

General Mach Discussion / Modifying Z axis
« on: October 05, 2007, 08:16:12 AM »
Hi folks,
Is there any way to change the way of controlling Z axis. This is what I need: when Mach needs to change value of Z, firstly to Deactivate Output(1), and then, after taking desired position, to Activate Output(1) again.
It is very hard to edit G-code all the time and entering rows before and after moving Z.
Another question: is there something about SystemWaitFor(*********) that I don't know, 'cause I build some M6Start script which has to wait each tool to touch inductive sensor and then to take it back, but it doesn't seem to be working
Cheers,
Dejan

General Mach Discussion / Re: Mach not completing moves ?

Hi,
Maybe the problem could be in computer. If you set kernell speed to 45K for example, so it can run at G0 10m/min, and if computer for some reason (weakness) drop down to 25K, than happens something similar to your problem.

VB and the development of wizards / Re: Hlp about TC Macro

@poppabear
Ok, you didn't understand me, I do not need it for lathe, but for mill. I have solved the problem with using G52 for each tool case in VB script and it works fine for now. Thanks anyway.

Thank's a lot.
There is such an option in turn, but not in mill. In Turn tool table you can enter X & Z offsets, but not in Mill. I'll try by adding G52 in M6Start macro in cases and see what will
happen.

VB and the development of wizards / Hlp about TC Macro
« on: August 18, 2007, 06:01:42 AM »
Hi all,
I have to retrofit Biese Rover7 which has 8 pneumatic drills (I wrote about it already). I have built TC macro which use 4 outputs (3 for binary 3bit counter and 4th for enable). So when I type M6T1, outputs 1, 2 & 3 select output 1 of PCB (3 to 8 decoder) and O4 enables it. And so on for M6T2-T8 activate T2-T8, M6T0 disables all tools. That works fine. Now I have to offset this tools for X and Y in macro and for example use T1 for reference. I want to do this: When load G Code, bring and reference T1 manually as usual, and when program select any other tool, that tool should take X & Y position of T1 without changing actual Work coordinates. Is this possible, and does anyone want to help me?
Thanks anyway
Cheers

General Mach Discussion / Re: Pick up where it left off

Which version of Mach You are using? You should have preperational  move, so when you pause the program and manually move axis, and hit cycle start again, you should be asked to apply this operation. After performing that, and starting program, it should continue from where it stops.
