Brains Development / Re: Brain writing on/off relay
« on: November 29, 2018, 07:56:32 AM »
Of course, you tested it before sending. It was late and I didn't see I had another brain enabled that kept the relay on.
So I was a man with 2 brains!  >:D
Thank you for all your help.
Also, I would like to try the Tweekie approach.
If I use pin 3 for Z direction and have pin 3 OUTPUT # 1, pressing Z down should turn on the relay.
But it doesn't so I must have missed something.

Okay, getting close.
The Z down movement turns on the relay.
But when the z reverses upwards, it stays on.
Could you please take a look,
Thank you again,
Mario

Hello,
I tried to write it in the brain editor but just do not have enough experience at this time. Your help would be very much appreciated.
(Love your cars!)

Sorry I missed your reply. My email isn't forwarding replies.
Thank you for your interest in my problem (which is mine as you say).
How do I install this brain into the brain folder?
It is a PNG file.
It looks more complicated than I first thought but would love to try it.
Thank you again,
Mario

Brains Development / Brain writing on/off relay
« on: November 18, 2018, 09:41:51 AM »
Hello,
I could use some help writing a brain.
I need to output a signal to a relay.
On when Z moves down and off when it moves up.
Any suggestions would be very helpful.
Thank you.

General Mach Discussion / Slave motor problem
« on: January 10, 2018, 07:08:55 PM »
Hello Groove-Guys (get it?),
I have a 4 axis machine with B as a slave to X.
The machine jogs correctly but when running a program the B no longer will run in tandem.
I've replaced the PC so that isn't it.
It ran fine before and jogs so I'd guess it's not a break-out board.
Any ideas would help.

General Mach Discussion / Screen4 additional buttons/images

Hello group,
It's been a long time (10 years) since I designed screens using screen4.
At that time there were extra buttons and images available for download.
I would appreciate any help in locating these.
Thank you in advance.

Geeez! By putting 0 in line numbers it eliminates the line numbers.

Hello,
Is there a way to manipulate the default post processor for Lazycam?
I need to eliminate line numbers.
Thanks in advance.

General Mach Discussion / Lazycam/ Cams
« on: April 17, 2017, 04:43:59 PM »
Hi folks,
A little off subject.
I need to drill 360,000 holes in a 13"x180" flat sheet metal part.
Lazycam does about 1/200th of this and any more freezes up the PC.
I use Lazycam for most everything so
I'm not sure of other CAMs.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
