General Mach Discussion / Mach3 install on Vista CPU for XP CPU?

Hello,
 I am new to Mach3 and am installing Mach3 to a no internet bare bones XP pro computer in my shop.  Can I install Mach3 onto my Vista laptop not do the Vista mods, then copy Mach folder and reinstall into XP desktop?
