Not sure if you are in the USA or not.

One of the first things I would personally do is make the wiring more correct.
I assume the power cord is the beige cable with three wires, the white and black wires should supply the 220v and the green should be the ground wire connected to terminal 9
The 4 wires to the spindle I am unsure of as I don't have its connector for reference, but whichever wire seems electrically connected to its case should be the ground wire.

You need to set safe-Z heights and ramping lengths in your CAD/CAM program.

When using manual movement commands, do the axis move the same amount and correct distance when comparing the two machines?

The other option is to do the profile setting the Machining Vector  to  Cut On the Line, instead of Inside or Outside

The Quick Engraving tool is the fourth tool path type; after Profile, Pocket, Drilling

You are trying to use the Profile toolpath

You probably need to use the Quick Engraving Toolpath

C:\Mach3\macros\Mach3Mill   <-- or whatever profile name you've used

The file name is      HiddenScript.m1s
but for safety I'd copy the whole folder of macros\Mach3Mill   <-- or whatever profile name you've used

Here are my settings:
Step Pulse: 0
Dir Puls: 0
Step Pulse of 0 microseconds won't do anything...
I think the default is usually
Step Pulse: 2
Dir Puls: 2

worked fine until it returned zero at the end of the cut. /quote]

Check on any hard or soft limit settings that may have been and remain tripped after the 'return to zero'
