those who can do do, those who can't teach

you are the master , craftsman

most of the cad programs make circles with as little as 14 segments per quadrent or maybe even per diameter as default. usually a right click on the entity and hit properties and in a "surface" or "solid" tab you can change this to as much as 90. 45 gives me good circles and less code, but only bigger then an inch,

If you dock your task bar on the left and go in the touch screen keyboard setup and have the keyboard dock upper left you just need to tap it and it flys out. A pen type stylus works well on small screens. even my 24 in monitor is hard for some things with out a stylus

You could try a small usb keyboard, they make a few for the playstations and couch internet surfers. They come in handy if you need to edit the code or tool tables!

I have a touch screen on my bench (wall) next to the machine. And I have a wireless mouse and keyboard that go on a shelf when not in use.

ps. logitec has a combo that only uses 1 usb port for both mouse and keyboard, wireless

If 2 ports do not work go back to just the MB one and, double check in the bios and reboot then goto dev manerger and find it and check the address. then reinstall mach after you uninstall mach AND rename the mach3 folder in c drive. also check add/remove programs for ANY left over card or other drivers or apps that might of been installed.

reboot after every operation, you can not reboot too much during this process

if the mb does prove bad again try the above with the card.

also disconnect the control during ALL of this

caps are not ment to yell:)

Nice work, have any inside shots?.....

I have a sherline which is close in power and .010 is a big cut for alum. Less flutes and either wet lube or Nikx Stikx will help too. the NS is sherline #7560
