You might try the maintanance tab under operator.

Personally I use a log system. Each job that mach runs it logs the file name, date , start and finsih times. At the end of the month that file gets appended to the master log file.

Have you run 5vdc to the EN terminal (enable) without it the output will not work.

Just a s a general rule IF you need to make that much adjustment I would reset the feedrates in the Gcode program to the proper level. Then use FRO to make MINOR adjustments.

What is the orintation of the axis's  on the machine? To coordinate the  feedrates you may have to assign a diamter to the a axis so Mach knows how to do the feedrate to match that of XY

AS is mach is moving the a axis in deg per min while the xy is inch per min.

Look on the settings page top right under A axis set the radius to match what the A actually is when running.

Then look in CONFIG under the TOOLPATH tab then check the box for USE radius for feedrate

NOW mach will move as fast as the Axis will rotate. IF your a axis is slow then mach will be slow as well.

GoodJob,  just watch your chip load on the initial drill depth. That is a LONG way to drill without clearing chips(;-) normal is 4x the drill diameter.

I was working on a simple Mach phone home routine today when I realiaze that it is easy for MACH to send EMAIL ALERTS. (;-)

BUT there are NO error numbers to reference the trouble from.  So even thought Mach can Phone Home it has nothing to say.

I would be nice to have error codes like the big boys do so MACH would have something to SAY when it calls home.

NOW there is an interesting idea HOW have you got the stock steppers wired.

If memory serves me there were several options depending on which motor BP used.

WHat is the voltage output of the power supply with the system idling no movement?

How about with XY running a zig zag pattern?

Have you tried setting up the drivers for the full 7amp output ?
