The feedrate is normally call in the Gcode program. It overrides any setting made in mach3 prior to the program run. IF you cnnot change the Gcode then do a Feedrate Override lowering the feedrate to 6IPM .

Set up as linear drive and then calculate the steps based on the circumference of the roller. Then you can use the axis X or Y directly same as a normal axis. It would just have have an infinite distance.

IF the Board does NOT have a charge pump control then it is WINDOWS turning the pin active when MACH3 closes and no longer has control.

OR if the spindle pin is set to active LOW under mach3 control and when mach3 shuts down all pins go back to active low under windows control then the spindle turns on.

HIYA SCOTT,  The plugin DOES work as I found out BUT it is locked to LED2000 , No matter what you choose in the config.

I found it by creating a report that showed all the active LEDS up to 3000. Then comparing to reports WITH and WITHOUT the G31 running

If you get time to look at it could you change the function to IF the probe is tripped AND NOT in G31  to issue "STOP" to mach3.

Also we need to be able to turn it ON and OFF via a Macro perhaps monitor another LED to turn it on and off ?

Personally I do not think that the IFR is dependable with the 4th axis involved. I would try programming without it as a reference.

I would MOVE the TC code to a seperate line.

First off I would turn TC off before a tool change then turn TC back on after the tool change and before your back to work code.
