Looking at the standard screen set I notice that teh lower section follows all screens and WASTES a large portion of the screen PAGE(tab) when those functions have no use for on the page.

I only see the need for it to be on 1-3 pages at most.

Can you set all the other pages to NOT have all that at the bottom.

OR do I need to wipe it out out and start over puitting functions where they are needed on each page(tab) ??

There is a problem in this thread milling routine it blows mach4 up and currupts the corrd base. when it gets to the First G03 call is when it happens. The XYZ values ALL goes from 0,0 to 6937.00000 something in both machine and user coords. Program locks up. AND yes it does it with or without the L5 call @N010

Sounds like you ar cutting small segmented lines instead of true arcs

Move your tool to the lower left of teh table then set XY to zero. That way you have the full extent of the table to work with.

Well about teh only thing left is the anti dive setting. It is the % of Vel drop that mach3 sees where it turns OFF the THC to keep it from diving . IF set to high it will turn itself off and not work.

OR there is a problem with the Smooth stepper obeying commands from the THC controller. For that you need to talk to them. IN you rcase it is the SMooth stepper that is doing the work NOT mach3.

OR possibly that your BOB needs a Charge pump signal to turn it on. (not likely as the machine does move)

What screen set are you using ??

Do you have the THC function turned ON?

Do you see an ARKok led turned on on the diagnostics screen ?

IF you are cutting do you see the THCup and THCdown led coming on and off indicating it shoudl be moving ?
